Data controller

Thomas Roy EI, trading as Nesisen, is responsible for processing information submitted through this website. For enquiries, email contact@nesisen.fr or call +33 6 88 61 84 92.

Information collected and purpose

The form collects your name, email address, project type, message and consent. You may also provide your business name, phone number, budget, town and availability. The page from which you requested contact may accompany your message. This information is used to answer your enquiry, arrange a conversation and follow up on your project. It is not sold or used for targeted advertising.

Legal basis and delivery

Processing is based on your consent, collected through the required checkbox. Your enquiry is submitted to the server and emailed to Nesisen with a summary. You may also contact the studio directly by phone or email.

Retention

Enquiries are retained for as long as needed to handle them, then archived for no more than three years after the last exchange, unless a legal obligation requires otherwise or deletion is requested.

Recipients and service providers

Enquiries are intended for Nesisen. Hosting provider o2switch supports site operation and the technical processing of forms. Gmail is used to receive enquiries at the stated address. The new website’s fonts are hosted locally and do not require a connection to Google Fonts.

Cookies and browsing

This version of the website does not load analytics tools or advertising cookies. The page address determines the language; it is not stored in your browser. Temporary session storage prevents the introduction from playing automatically again. External websites linked from projects apply their own policies.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion or restriction of processing of your data, as well as object or request portability where applicable. Contact contact@nesisen.fr and describe your request. You may also submit a complaint to the CNIL (cnil.fr).

Security

Nesisen uses reasonable measures to protect submitted information, including limited access to enquiries and an anti-spam form field. No transmission over the internet is entirely without risk.
