Our process

See your website
take shape, step by step.

A web project involves decisions, conversations and approvals. Here is how we work with you, what we prepare and what you receive at each stage.

Let’s discuss your project
The project atelier01 / 05
Ideas. One direction.

Your goals, audience and scope come together.

Stage 01 / 05

Understand your business and priorities

We discuss your business, audience, current website and the enquiries you want to receive. We identify useful pages, features and constraints to put together a detailed proposal.

What you receive
A proposal with scope, budget, milestones and a schedule suited to your project.
Your role
You share your goals, intended budget and any deadlines.
Stage 02 / 05

Organise what your visitors need to understand

We map out the pages and their content. We review your text, photos and anything still needed. For a 3D project, this is also when we outline the narrative and useful interactions.

What you receive
A site map, the structure of key pages and a list of content to prepare.
Your role
You confirm your services and provide available materials. Copywriting and visual production are scoped in the quote.
Stage 03 / 05

Give your identity a visual form

We develop the layout, typography, colour and imagery. You see mockups of the key pages. The feedback rounds agreed for your project help refine the direction before development.

What you receive
Mockups, their mobile layouts and, where relevant, initial motion or 3D scene concepts.
Your role
You bring your feedback together and approve the chosen direction with us.
Stage 04 / 05

Turn the designs into a working website

We add content, develop interactions and connect the agreed tools. You explore the site through a preview link. We check navigation, forms, layouts and loading behaviour.

What you receive
A functional preview, with agreed adjustments made before launch.
Your role
You try the journeys that matter to your business and confirm the final content.
Stage 05 / 05

Go live and plan what comes next

After approval, we prepare the launch: domain, hosting, links and final checks. For a redesign, we account for useful existing page addresses. We then explain how content is managed with your chosen solution.

What you receive
Your live website, handover information and the agreed support arrangements.
Your role
You approve the launch. Together, we define maintenance needs and future changes.

Working together

A clear framework.
Room for conversation.

Working together · 01

A direct contact

You speak with the person designing your website. Your questions and feedback directly inform the work.

In practice
You share your needs and feedback. We respond with concrete choices for the website.
Working together · 02

Decisions at the right time

We agree on structure before design, then design before development. Feedback is brought together to keep the direction clear.

In practice
You review a deliverable and gather your feedback. We agree on it together before moving forward.
Working together · 03

An explicit scope

Pages, content, features, feedback rounds and schedule are defined before starting. New requests are assessed with you before being added.

In practice
We specify what the quote includes. If the brief evolves, we discuss the effect on budget and timing together.

Before we start

A few
practical questions.

What should I prepare for the first call?

Your business, existing website if you have one, what you want to improve and a rough budget. References, photos or text are helpful if available. You don’t need a complete specification.

How long does a project take?

Timing depends on page count, available content, features and any 3D work. We plan it during scoping, including the points when your feedback is needed.

Can I update the website after delivery?

It depends on the chosen solution. We can update a static website; a content management interface can be included if you need to publish regularly. We discuss this and support arrangements before starting.

Shall we talk?

The next step starts
with a conversation.

Your business, your ideas, your questions. Let’s take the time.
